At FXR Division, we respect your privacy. Here's how:
When you visit our website, we may collect personal information like your name, phone number, and e-mail. We do this through the site's e-mail links and contact form. 

Our web server also records information from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. But we won't sell your personal information to anyone. Brothers don't do that.

We want you to be safe on the road – and on this site!
That's why we protect your payment and personal information by using industry-standard security software. It encrypts all of your personal information – credit card number, name, and address – so it can't be read over the Internet.

Our shipping department:

Domestic Orders are usually shipped the same day the order is place… However, please allow 3-7 Business Days, in the event that we are experiencing a High Volume of orders… Cancellations of Domestic Orders will be subjected to a 5% Cancellation Fee… No Exceptions

International Orders… We do our best to get your International Order out within 24 Hours from the time that your order is placed. However, due to the additional Customs paper work needed to complete International Orders… it could take 7-10 Business Days for your order to ship…

Due to the additional work required to process International Orders… Cancellations of International Orders will be subjected to a 10% Cancellation Fee… No Exceptions

DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED, CANNOT BE CANCELLED. THEY WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE TO OUR RETURN POLICY.

Shipments and are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. If something's on back order, we will do our best tell you right away…. to help us accomplish this, please include a good contact phone number that we can reach you at.

FXR Division takes EXTRA Care and Precautions when shipping your orders… we take extra time and use an abundance of packing materials to ensure that your order is received in the New Condition that you purchased them in.

FXR Division Does Not Accept ANY Responsibility for Damage that may occur during the shipping process… once it leaves our shop, it is out of our control. All orders carry some sort of insurance on them and it is the customers responsibility to file a claim if damage occurred in transit… FXR Division will help facilitate the claim if help is needed.

Additional Insurance is available upon request and the additional fee… simply contact us at info@fxrdivision.com to get addition insurance cost and to make payment.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY and LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

We think that FXR Division motorcycle parts and accessories are the best on the market. That's why we back them up with this warranty:

FXR Division Maunfactured motorcycle parts and accessories (Parts EXCLUSIVELY PRODUCED and MANUFACTURED by FXR Division) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year after the purchase date. This warranty does not include failure due to:

  • Improper installation or assembly by the end user

  • Normal wear and tear

  • General neglect

  • Modifications to Our Product (s)

Surface finish imperfections and/or surface degradation due to aging and weather are not covered by this warranty.

 AFTERMARKET PARTS WARRANTIES

As we sell a large selection of Aftermarket Parts and Accessories that are NOT Produced or Manufactured By FXR Division… the Original Manufacturers Warranty would apply.

Any defects in materials, finishes, and workmanship are NOT the responsibility of FXR Division and would need to be address with the Original Manufacturer… we at FXR Division will help facilitate this process if need be, but accept no responsibility for stated issues.

Not sure how to install or assemble an FXR Division product? Have the work done by a qualified motorcycle mechanic or fabrication professional.

Due to the wide range of custom applications and assembly methods for FXR Division products, we cannot be responsible for damage to your person or property due to improper installation and/or human error.

We at FXR Division want to do our best to accommodate your FXR, Dyna, Softail, and Bagger parts needs. Therefore, we carry and sell products from other manufacturers to give our customers the very best experience in product selection and pricing. With that said...

Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, FXR Division makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Motorcycles can be dangerous. FXR Division has no control over the usage of any part. FXR Division expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. FXR Division assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. FXR Division shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.

All matters shall be interpreted under Arizona law. All merchandise distributed by FXR Division is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for consequential damages.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Bought something that didn't work out? You can return new, unworn or unopened items for a refund. You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return your item. Once received your order will be inspected and your purchase amount (not including shipping) will be refunded via your credit card or PayPal account.

HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL FXR DIVISION MANUFACTURED PARTS (FXR DIVISION HANDLEBARS, FXRP BAG RAIL SYSTEMS, CRASH BARS, ETC.)

THERE IS A 15% CHARGE FOR NON FXR DIVISION MANUFACTURED PARTS RETURNED… We are charged that fee to process your order regardless… therefore it becomes your responsibility if you would like to return your order.

We do apologize… however we are a small business and not in the position to pay processing fees for an order that you choose to return for a refund.

WHEN IN DOUBT…DO NOT INSTALL !!!! If a product has been installed, attempted to install (wires pulled, item unwrapped and test fitted, etc), and/or has damage (for example, clamp marks on handlebars), we won't offer refunds or exchanges... After 30 days…On the RARE occasion that we do accept your return... a 30% restocking fee and/or the total due to repair the item will be assessed...

***FXR Division G Series, Split MX and Split Angle bars over 16” are considered a "CUSTOM" order, are manufactured as such, and specifically to order… Orders for these bars WILL BE subject to a 20% Cancellation Fee if order is cancelled after 7 Days from the Date the Order was placed... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!***

If you're returning something, make sure that your box is tightly packed and securely sealed! Any items that are damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.


To return a product for refund or exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing our warranty department, make sure to include REQUEST FOR RMA NUMBER in your email to info@fxrdivision.com.

  2. Write a letter with your full name, phone number, e-mail, and shipping address. Attach proof of purchase (invoice, bill of sale, cash receipt, etc.) to your letter. Refunds and exchange requests without Return Merchandise Authorization numbers and proofs of purchase will not be considered. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this policy.

  3. Securely package the product with letter, proof of purchase, and RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  4. Return the product to FXR Division via USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that requires a delivery confirmation signature. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. Ship to the address below:
